'Gang' in Indonesian translates to a small alleyway/path (Moon Gang is tucked away on a small scooter path)

Moon Gang is located on the infamous Sari Organic Walk which is a scooter path* and no cars are allowed. If you have your own transport, please inform the driver of the drop off point, located here. This is our check in kiosk, known as Mini Moon Gang, located at the beginning of the scooter path. We'll pick you and your luggage up on scooters from this location. If you would prefer a leisurely stroll after check in, it's only a 7 minute walk or 3 minute scooter ride. 

If you arrive on your own scooter please feel free to use the scooter path at your leisure.

* A scooter path is only wide enough for a scooter. In other words we are not situated on a busy main road. We find our location enchanting and off the beaten path.

Check in is at 3pm. If you arrive earlier we can store your bags so you can use our amenities or visit our wonderful local neighbourhood.

Check out time is 12 noon. Please let us know if you would like a later check out and we will see if we can make dreams come true.

We understand the challenge of late-night flights! We're always happy to discuss late check-out options (which will include an additional fee.) While we can't guarantee availability—especially during our busier periods — we'll certainly do our best to accommodate you.

I don't have WhatsApp — how do I download it?

It's free and takes about a minute:

1. Open the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android) and search "WhatsApp"
2. Install it, then open and enter your phone number
3. Pop in the verification code they text you
4. Search our number and send us a message 🌙

Will WhatsApp work in Bali?

Yes. WhatsApp runs on wifi or mobile data and works perfectly across Bali. If you're connected to wifi, you can message and call us for free, no local SIM or roaming needed. We've got free wifi across the property too.

What if I have no internet when I land?

Easy! connect to wifi at the airport or grab a local eSIM/SIM card on arrival, (eSIM shops can be found after you exit customs) then WhatsApp us and we'll take it from there.

Moon Gang is an intimate hideaway, and we welcome guests aged 12 and over.

To book you must be 18 years or older. Below 18 years of age you must be accompanied by an adult and be 12 years old and over to stay at moon gang

Yes of course! We will keep them safe and sound in our Cosmos Kiosk.

We love that you want Moon Gang in your shoot! However, commercial photography, production shoots, and filming are not permitted without prior written consent. Please email pagi@moongangbali.com with your request details, and please note that a location hire fee will apply.

we have an all-day dining menu available for guests. That siad, we actively encourage you to explore the warungs and restaurants in our neighbourhood. Eating local is one of the best ways to connect with community and support the local ecosystem.

We can absolutely organise that!

Yes we have scooter parking located out the front of Moon Gang.

Yes we have a strong wifi connection at MG. Should you choose to be connected.

Yes! All our suites come with a hairdryer.

we have designated outdoor smoking areas in our suites. please close the door to keep the smoke outside.

We don't have a laundry onsite but can easily arrange this service with our local neighbours. We have laundry bags in your suite ready for your washing.

Standard Suite — Cancellation

Things shift, we get it. Here's how we keep it fair for everyone

Cancel 30 days or more before you arrive and we'll refund you in full.

Cancel between 14 and 30 days out and we'll refund you half. By then your suite's been off the market a while, waiting just for you.

Cancel inside 14 days and we're not able to refund — but we'll happily hold your stay as credit for a future moon, valid 12 months. We'd love to have you when the timing's right.

No-shows and early departures are charged in full, as the suite is held in your name.

Whole-Property Buyout — Cancellation

When you take the whole place, you take the whole moon — all five suites held just for your gang. That means our terms run a little tighter here.

Full payment secures your dates.

Cancel 60 days or more out and we'll refund you in full.

Cancel between 30 and 60 days and we'll refund you half.

Cancel inside 30 days and the booking is non-refundable — though we'll hold it as credit toward a future buyout, valid 12 months, if your plans simply shift rather than disappear.

No-shows and early departures are charged in full.
